Thought this would be a good scenario but it really did not play out like that. First off you need to roll the dice to get your fleets onto the map, both sides need a 4, 5 or 6, sounds easy enough but it was not, took the AH three turns to get on the map while the Serbs hit it on the first roll. They disembarked their Marines to clear Belgrade then sailed across the river to shell the AH Marines waiting for their fleet to arrive. By the time the AH fleet floated down the river to Belgrade the Romanian fleet had come onto the board to reinforce their Serb allies and balance the two forces, still the AH have the better monitors, even out numbered. It took some time to defeat the Serb-Romanian flotilla, which gave the AH little time to embark their Marines, cross the river and assault Belgrade.
