Another big scenario, 8 maps but only 166 units on both sides. The Soviets are trying to deny the three German objectives, 3-1 step lost, clear both N-S Roads and capture all the town hexes on board 2. Luckily for the Germans they have 40 Turns to do it, plus a plethora of OBA and Air Support. The Soviets are limited per set up to deploy only 6 units on boards 3 & 7, they deployed blocking forces to defend the two bridges over the major river hoping to delay the Germans as long as possible. Needless to say the Germans pounded the Soviet blocking force with 5 batteries of OBA and 3 aircraft, they cleared the eastern N-S road, but the real fight was for the town on map 2, the Soviets put up a stiff resistance, inflicting heavy casualties on the Germans while denying them complete control of the town.
