The first 18th Rifle Division was destroyed during the Winter War. Its 2nd incarnation became the 11th Guards Rifle Division. 11th Guards Mechanized seems to be a fictitious unit. I took a little license and presumed that with the tension in this timeline, the 11th Guards would be reorganized as a mechanized division after the war. |
