No Leaders!!!!!

Got Vassel 3.7.8, CHECK.

You can later versions of Vassal, it's the older versions that would be a problem. I think some of the oldest extensions were made with Vassal 3.2.17, but that only applies to a couple of the map extensions anymore.

Did you find any old to new name mixups for the leader and air extensions? Here is a list of all the ones I know of;

    Ldr Australian Afrika Korps -> Ldr Australian Kokoda Campaign

    Ldr British Afrika Korps -> Ldr British Africa Orientale Italiana

    Air German Eastern Front Dx -> Air German Fire in the Steppe
    Air German Road to Berlin -> Air German Fire & Sword.

    Air Romanian Eastern Front Dx Exp -> Air Romanian Armata Romana Exp

    Air Soviet Eastern Front Dx -> Air Soviet Fire in the Steppe

    Ldr US Battle of the Bulge -> Ldr US Dragon Teeth

If you have any of the older named extensions, just delete them. It is also best practice to only have extensions active for the game you are playing.
