Can friendly units block Anti-Tank fire? My first reaction is no, since Blocked Fire is covered under Rule 10.0: Direct Fire. Anti-Tank Fire is under Rule 11.0: Anti-Tank Fire, and blocked fire is not mentioned anywhere in Rule 11.

Rule 7.24: Blocked Fire would also seem to apply, but it mentions only Direct Fire being blocked.

As an example, in the diagram under Rule 11.12: Crossfire, would a Soviet infantry unit in hex 0612 or 0611 block the KV-1 from firing? What about a Soviet AFV in either hex?
No (with a friendly vehicle in an assault hex being the only exception).

Thanks, Hugmenot. Odd that I've never really thought about this before. Usually I play solo, and on most maps I guess I just spread all the anti-tank guns out with clear fields of fire. Right now I'm doing an Airborne - Remastered scenario on Map 13 and there's no room to spread.
