Not if you use a mobile browser :-) There is no mouseover to trigger on a mobile browser so I’ve never seen a submenu there

All I can say that neither my phone nor my tablet generate the pop-up menus. The jquery code appears to use mouseover events to trigger it so I am surprised that your phone creates the menus

What pop-up? It is a menu link on the left side, at the main site.

Some phone browsers can handle the sub-menu code, some can't. pixelgeek isn't the first one to mention this, but he is the second...

Actually I got it to work on my iPad by using a long press on the main menu entry but the menu is a bit wonky. I'll just use my laptop next time :-)
