This was an intense little battle. The US Army needs to stop the japanesse from getting units off the map and only lose 3 or fewer steps. The USA needs to have patients before committing their reserve, assuming they set up with a reserve. There was a pivotal battle with the Japanesse making a combined arms ( there is Japanesse armor in this one) assault. The USA lost 2 steps but was able to inflict disorganized reuslt on 2/3rd of the Japanesse forces. This delayed further assaults and allowed the USA with some key Initiative DR's to get their defense in order to prevent the Japanesse victory conditions. |
