This isn’t a big,or, exciting scenario. The Russians, which are fairly weak, come on the map trying to take at least one “fort” hex. The fort is made of of 4 connected entrenchment hexes, each hex being manned by 2 German MG units.

Also, in the path of the Russians, is an outlying work of about a battalion of German Reserve troops, who held up the Russians long enough to cause the draw.

All in all, I’m not sure how the Russians could ever defeat the fort, they just were not powerful enough to do it.
