I have attached a list of games that I have accrued over the years. I am willing to give most of them to someone who would be able to play them and show them some love. I would like to keep the PG games and some of the others. If it is a large game like "A Most Fearful Sacrifice" then I would have to work on a price for those. I would need to be reimbursed for shipping. Meet up is also optional. Games range in condition from players copies to never played.

The Second Edition of Liberation 1944 has a terrain chart on the back cover which has errors as to woods and light woods. I checked with Mike Perryman and he told me these are the woods/light woods hexes for Maps 57, 58 and 59:

"There are no wood hexes on board 56. The only woods hexes to the best of my knowledge are hexes 0814, 0815 0915, and 0916 on board 57, Light wood hexes 0201, 0301 and 0302 and wood hexes 0215, 0216, 0315, 0316, 3017, 0415 and 0416 on board 58. Light wood hexes 1001, 1002, 1102 and1103 and wood hex 0610 on board 59."

Disregard the 2nd Ed chart for woods/light woods and use the above.

This sure clears things up!

So, the "100" in 2302, 1906, 1511, and 2314 should be changed to "80." This is not apparent if you are using the map alone, but when set up with the other maps, it becomes clear there is something not right. We checked actual topographic maps to see what the elevations should be. I think confirmed this errata with Dr. B.

In case you have not heard about this before, I wanted to let people know about a very helpful AI tool I use for asking rules questions and receiving answers that Google created. It is called NotebookLM (LM for Language Model), that is limited to only using the sources of information (typically .pdf files) that you have uploaded to that Notebook. In other words, this tool doesn't go out to the web to do research and make up answers to your questions, it is limited to using only the source documents (say PG 4th Edition Rules .pdf file) that you have uploaded to the Notebook.

To use this tool, which Google provides without charge, go to the NotebookLM website (you can click on that link to open in a new webpage). You can do this in Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge, and maybe other browsers as well. On the webpage, you simply click on the black button near the upper right of the webpage to "+ Create new", and it will open with three panels on the page. The left panel is where you will upload (and later select which sources to use or to not use), the middle panel is for "chatting" with the tool - that is to say, where you will ask your questions, as well as where NotebookLM will answer your questions. The panel on the right can be used to summarize source documents, or create flash cards, or slides, or mind maps and other things. Google has a very helpful help section as the first item you can select under the 'Settings" button in the upper right corner of the webpage near your name/profile. Here is another link where Google explains about NotebookLM: Google NotebookLM | AI Research Tool & Thinking Partner that you can check out.

It takes about ten minutes or less to get this set up using a PG rules .pdf file. The responses it gives include numbered circles which you can click on and it will take you to the actual text of the rules in the left-hand panel that it used to respond to your question. You can also save the answer as a note, which it will post in the right-hand panel as a running list, so you can see the answers to previous questions you have asked, and it answered.

I have been using this now for several months for different wargames rule sets (each in its own NotebookLM) on the webpage which I have bookmarked. I had an idea that AI should be useful for helping us wargamers with rules, and it was Dickie at RvT Wargames on Consimworld.com where I first learned about NotebookLM from one of his videos.

Let me know what you think once you have added this tool to your toolbox for helping to understand and answer rules questions.

I have 9April1940 in order, and did a shipping notice about Snowstorm of Steel, which might include it. (My 9April1940 was ordered before the system change.) Either way, I would like to get going on the Danish army extension for Vassal, but I only have a scan of the front of the counters. Would someone please share a leader list and some other counter info?

Besides the leader list, I need to know what is on the back of the truck counter. Is there anything special about the back of the MTC/20 counter? Have the Danes got off-board artillery? If so, what are the values (not the number of increments)?

I will likely add an engineer piece to the mix. How about other counters? Like the Landsverk armored cars? Perhaps some aircraft (mostly biplanes)?
