>Rules. PG modern rules were written before PG 4th Ed rules. In the end, PG 4th Ed rules are more modern in some ways and there are some differences between the two that I feel unnecessary.

I have always thought all three systems should use the same rule set, it would be so much easier to jump right in and play a game from any of the three systems that way.
