Which brings me to my first question - The counters are currently bagged by nationality rather than individual game and I want to try and rectify this. Is there a listing of the counters for each game on here or alternatively scans of the respective countersheets or is BGG my best bet for those?

Looking over your collection, I see it spans two and a half generations. Basically, combat units are equivalent across all games in which they are used. There is an exception with some armor units, especially among the Germans. I can give you a break down in a private message later, if you like. Leader mixes are specific to each game. You can get a list of leaders from each game by going to the Impartial leader Selector, selecting the game and clicking List All Leaders for that game.

If you are interesting in reorganizing complete countersets, BGG is your best option. There are countersheet images posted. I'm not sure if the backs of the countersheets are always posted. The backs are important because there are peculiarities with the German HMG's and the Bersaglieri infantry (maybe some others too).
