Airborne map Embankment
The Embankment hexes on the Airborne map (hexes 0410, 0411) block LOS.  If the LOS string passes through one of these hexes, does but not the embankment artwork, is the LOS blocked or not?   I think it is blocked as the general rule in PG is the hex block, not necessarily the artwork.  What say you?
