Invasion of Germany Missing Scenarios?

I recently got a copy of theInvasion of Germany monograph, and have the 48-scenarion version. I checked the http://www.pg-hq.com/comms/showthread.ph...of+germany thread, but could not find any link to the two missing scenarios that were originally published in the Siegfried Line monograph, but not included in later versions of the Invasion of Germany. Have pdf's of these ever been posted anywhere?

In viewing the link in the original post above, it appears that APL used a different printer when the monograph was reprinted; it was shortened to 64 pages and the last two scenarios were removed to fit the new length. In that thread, there was an indication that APL might provide these, but I couldn't find anywhere that they had been posted. I guess that they never got around to it

I could find nothing on the company site but counter downloads. There was nothing on either the company or PG thread on Consimworld. On the Board Game Geek page for the book there is a pdf list of the scenario names put up in 2012 by Peter.
