I was checking out Scenario 25 in Saipan 44' and I came across Assault and a cliff hexside, I think there is some disagreement form what the new TEC says and the Saipan scenario book states, and what are the LOS rules can the unit in the lower hex direct fire to the upper hex?. Can anybody shed some light, Thanks.

Nick, go with the game specific rules from Saipan. I haven't seen the 4th edition TEC chart yet. But game specific rules usually are written to override the general rules as they only apply to that game because of a new terrain type or unit type not covered in the General Rules.
