If you don't own Saipan 1944, you'll want both!
With Marianas we will have 8 geomorphic jungle maps available in the system.
4 from Saipan and 2 from Marianas for a total of 6 maps.

I guess you could add the 2 from Kokoda Trail for a total of 8 in the series.

Early Ordering ends on May 1st (yep, May 1st). Last parts of this book are off to press this week, so this is no drill (and the no-waiting way we want to handle all new books in the future).

Leaves one to wonder how can this supplement that has maps an pieces to be printed vaults over 4 boxed games to be delivered that quick.

Not sure but I did turn that design in a long time ago, so it had more time to be produced. That is my guess anyway.
I did order Saipan 44 (the new one - which hasn't shipped yet) and would be in the unenviable position of owning a supplement I couldn't play if I ordered it! Sad

That being said, I am assuming that Saipan is coming soon (hope, hope...) and will probably order the Marianas supplement to get the GC discount. Tongue
Hey, you guys aren't reading between the lines. The Saipan countersheet includes the Marianas counters which will be cut from the sheet and then included with the book. Thus, my dear Watson, the Saipan 44 reprint will be in house within 21 days, Sherlock said as he puffed out a cloud of his favorite Blue Shag.
Larry you forget this is APL. They can move the lines as needed. So we will never know when items are shipping until they hit the mailbox.
Mike mentioned to me today that the reprint of Saipan will come right behind Marianas, maybe about a week apart so it should be a problem.
Also, the 1941 Guam scenario will have a counters for the 1941 Marines as I requested. Smile
