The SSR's only change to eliminate the excess verbiage that is no longer required due to the 4th Ed. For example, we don't need to describe how special foot AT units work in assault because they are now part of the rules. No need to repurchase. Cool

If all that changes is the scenario book Avalanche should offer that for sail to owners of the older games. Failing that putting it up as a .pdf like other game companies do.

Yes, i'd like to see all rule books posted as living rules but Mike seems disinclined.
