Jay,

Do you know whether the Chinese forces, once they are with us, will be the same as WW2 Chinese units ?

If so, through the grapevine, have you heard of or know of anybody with a Chinese/Japanese supplement to use said counters if they were the same as WW2

Vince, I am not sure I have not studied the Chinese forces in WWII in any detail plus this is communist forces in 1950-53 with more automatic weapons than nationalist forces of 1932-1945.
Cheers Jay. Wasn't sure how different they would be, but yes, they must have been flush with 'autos'.
A thought occurred to me on this game.

Historically the CCF left there heavy forces across the Yalu. I can see a variant there. Also the Soviets increased there forces in the area but Stalin decided to just commit Mig-15's. Great opportunity for variants here IMHO.
Finally finished putting final touches on the KW2, KW3 & KW4 designs.

They are totally complete from the design stage anyway.

Well, pretty much ownership of Patton's Nightmare should give you the pieces you need
When to look at the Korean War compared with the Vietnam War, the Korean War was far bloodier as the casualties rates happened all within three years for the Korean War.

The Korean War was more like W W II than the Vietnam war. Had combat been of that intensity from 1965 to 1972 our losses would have been at least 3 times what they were. And the losses by the indigenous populations corresponding higher.
After sending so much time over the last year and half on the Korean War, I am really getting antsy to get this series going! Hopefully AP gets Pusan Perimeter published soon.

The scenarios on these games look fantastic from my standpoint anyway. Each game adds some new counter types, new maps, new situations-scenarios and new armies that will make this a great addition to the PG series. Kind of a series within a series. Now to control my excitement in seeing these get published. I can't even begin to tell the amount of time and hours I have put into the Korean War so far. I doubt I would ever want to tackle such a huge project like that again but the end results sould be awesome to have the whole Korean War at the PG scale to play out from 1950-1953.
