Hi,

I am trying to post a message on the AP page on CSW, but I can't.
Do you have the same problem ?

My message is probably refused, because it is about a package I never received. And they pretend it has been delivered.

I do not know if it's the same for European customers but when my items ship, I always receive an email with the tracking number(s).

If I had a dispute as to whether the packages were received, I would first contact the carrier and ask them what is the problem. One delivery left an expensive "signature required" package in front of my door when I was living in a 1000+ units apartment complex and the package was stolen. It took a while to resolve but it was resolved with the carrier replacing the items.
I never received such an email.
AP gave me this track number, but it does not work on the USPS website.
And I can't find the way to communicate with USPS other than by phone. I have to find time for this...

Something to be aware of with USPS shipments, they track 3-4 days behind events. If you got the tracking number yesterday, USPS tracking will know about it shortly after Labor Day. You can find out it's been delivered a couple days after you get the package.

I still have no news about this, and I still have the same answer on usps.com : the tracking number AP gave me is not working.

I can't find the way to send an e-mail to USPS to aks them if they can check this. It seems that only local (ie American) users can do it.
Can one of you send an email for me to USPS ?
