This is actually a setup information question, but I guess this part of the forum is the right place for it.
The setup for Scenario 1, "Autumn Mist," says the 99th Infantry Division gets OBA of "3 x 18." Does that mean 3 x 18 for every turn? Or just 3 x 18 for a turn of your choosing?
