For the last few days, when I enter the forum pages, I get a white background page with all the menu items down the left side and thread entries that are out of alignment with large icons of the avatars.   I can correct this by going to new posts or recent posts and selecting a post and the forum then loads properly.  I emptied my cache and deleted pq-ho cookies but i still get this.

I have screen capture but no way to post it.
Something is failing to load. You can help me troubleshoot by right-clicking anywhere on the page the next time it happens, select View Page Source, and copying everything in the window that appears (CTRL + A, CTRL + C) and pasting it into an email (CTRL + V) to me (admin@pg-hq.com) for review. Email me your screen capture for bonus points Smile
I've seen this as well...
I refresh the page and it comes up....
Some template/library or something isn't in place 1st time through---but I get it the second time.

Given I'm 1/2 way around the world, I figured this kind of problem....

Weekend isn't over yet. I'll make an announcement when it's fixed.
The issue with the forums being on the white background is from people in the latest browsers that enforce the latest mixed content warnings. Chrome on Mac is one of these.

PG-HQ and the forums are being served as https
(https://pg-hq.com/comms/forumdisplay.php?fid=4)

BUT in the source code you are calling the CSS with http:
[Image: shad.png]Since you are serving in HTTPS and the resource is HTTP it is a mixed content page and the modern browsers won't show it without a warning, or in Chrome on my computer it simply won't load them.

To test this if you can reproduce it, get the bad page, click in the address bar and change HTTPS to HTTP and they work fine

Here is the console with the warnings:

Not to be a PITA but this is a pretty easy error to fix. You could do a search in your IDE for http: and then probably change it to https:

I got the white page again and simply edited the url from https to http and it reloaded as it should.
@shad Did this help you? It's an easy fix and wondered if you had caught this thread.
