Yes, I have seen that. Also PL has some pretty hefty stuff in the first scenario.
For OBA of that size you need one good size cat and a sh*tload of dynamite catnip. Get the cat really, really high and drop him on the board. Instant nuclear reaction without all that nasty fallout!
