So a disrupted unit  can move only 1 hex, but a demoralized unit has full movement points?  Huh
The DM unit only has MP's if fleeing. Perhaps the DR unit still has some fight left and doesn't want to run away from the battle as fast?
Yes, and each hex moved must be further away from the enemy.
A disrupted unit is NOT made combat ineffective---
it can fire, it can assault (if it's already in an assault hex)---only it cannot move into enemy hex, and it can only move 200yrds over 15 min.

A demoralized unit IS combat ineffective---
it cannot fire, it can only defend in assault hex, it must FLEE if it fails recovery (which it must attempt--unless playing FOW gamey tricks..... Sad ...)
and given that it has lost cohesiveness...it can run for the hills/trees....and then must pause and try and recover....

(I wonder if the opponent should retreat fleeing units....maybe dice for each....)
