When a unit has their strength halved do you round up fractions? I did a search and looked in rules, I probably missed it.

You will find it under part 1.2 in the rules, in the fractions definition. It says:
Quote:Many game functions require that numbers be halved or quartered. All fractions are rounded up by individual unit. For example, 2-1/2 becomes 3, as does 2-1/4.
