AOI Scenario #3 has a problem in the Victory
Conditions:
"The British player receives no victory points for exiting units they control hexes 0208, 0209, 0309 and 0614 on board 88 at the end of play....".(page 6, scenario booklet) I'm at a loss for a definition here.
The problem lies in the phrase, "...exiting units they control hexes..."
Can anyone help?

I wasn't involved in designing or developing any of AOI, but I believe that it should read: ". . . receives no victory points for exiting units unless they control hexes . . ." since those hexes control the road headed to the edge.
