How many of you guys clip your counters? I clip all the games I own counters unless they come with rounded corners already or are too thick to clip. I also try and clip the side knobs. I guess its therapeutic or my OCD.
I never clip - I keep mine square. I use one of those paper cutters, the round circular ones that look like pizza cutters, to cut along the sides of counters. Before I we used this, I would cut using an Xacto knife.
I clip counters. Mostly it is because corners seem to get ragged and fade with age. They last longer when they are rounded.
I've never clipped.

I've never spilt a drink onto a game...
Yeah, spilling a drink on a game would be the worse!
I clip the stamped ones because I find the octagonal shape, admittedly irregular, more visually appealing than a square (and, of course, to eliminate the detritus or chads).
I can't stand frayed edges on counters. Even pictures of them
I use a 2.5mm radius corner rounder punch cutter to uniformly round my counters. I feel they are more visually appealing, stack better, and last longer.
