It depends, Fire in the Steppe, although the units and maps are old is almost completely a new product (a couple of the scenarios are from EFDx but most are brand new. Armata Romana is full of EFDx scenarios but they have been completely redeveloped and battle games added. Most of the boxed games reissues have only had minor typo/errata fixes if anything.
