The Gold Club will have the option to get Kokoda booklets only.
I doubt I buy this, as I already own everything from it. But I'll think it over.
My impression from the daily content today was the maps are new as are the scenario's. Dr. B said on CSW you could get it without the counters if you noted that at the time of purchase in the special comments box.
