$25 is much less than one would normally expect to pay for just Heroes of the Soviet Union so definitely a great price for both games.

I have fond memories of HoSU. It was the impetus for my first custom PG counters.

And the boards are mounted (most likely).

This would be a good way for the completist to pick up battalian headquarters for both sides, along with the battalion hq sudden death rules for the game, as well as the original version 1.0 of the utility counters. We are now in version 3.1 for those who are counting.
