I couldn't find any medals directly linked to the Kokoda Track campaign, so I just used the primary colors of the adversaries' flags with a strip of jungle green down the center.

It's kinda neat, and definitely different!

Search Improvements!

After many months away, I've returned to active status on this wonderful site.

If you don't regularly read our forums (you should!), you need to know that I've added three oft-requested features to our Basic Search:

  • Searching by turn count
  • Searching by counter total
  • Searching by date on specific months, days, or month-day combos

With lots of holidays coming up I hope everyone gets a chance to log some new plays!

Thanks to thomaso827 himself, this was an easy ribbon. It comes straight from the Marianas flag, as tends to be our custom around here. Thanks for the tip, Thomas!

This ribbon is inspired by the Flag of Luxembourg, which has been in use since the 1840s and presumably was flying when panzers rolled into town one hundred years later.

While the three bars are easy on the eyes, rotating them 90 degrees in either direction results in something that resembles a toothpaste ad above all else. So I've rearranged the order slightly and bumped the white to either side.

I'll happily entertain suggestions for alternative ribbons. I'm not in love with this one.
