Yes, there are biplanes and tankettes. ...not in all scenarios, of course.
Lorenzo made a great job in replicating the special features of the Ethiopian army.

Is it possible to turn the Tankettes upside down and trap the crews like tins of sardines !! Tongue

Jay, you may want to watch "Chosin" if you have Netflix streaming; it's a documentary of the Battle of the Chosin Reservoir from the perspective of a few marines.

Maybe inspiration for a second game about the Korean war?

Yeah, If AP sells well on the first game, that will be most likely the third game in the mini series, unless AP wants to do one larger game to finish it out after the first game, which would be like the size of Cassino, not sure what direct it will do.

Looks like Jay and I were both optimistic about initial ship dates. I pre-ordered on the absolute last day possible, so based on the experience of some of the Remember the Maine pre-orderers I may have to wait 6 months to see it. Jay on the otherhand, will probably open his box tomorrow. Oh well, I ordered Plan Red Redux separately and it shiped within 24 hours of payment :-}.

Seeing that this is just the close of the pre-orders and I have seen the ad for the regular orders just go out, I believe you are looking at a mid-fall delivery with a tendency to lean toward the holidays. But that is just a guess.

I will have to wait until Liberation '44 is ready to ship before I receive Sword of Israel.

On another topic, I will order Plan Crimson tonight and maybe one of the Second War At Sea game that is on sale. Any recommendation? My first choice was Bomb Alley but it's not included in the Summer Sale.

Bomb Alley is the most interesting of the bunch given the navies involved. I don't know about Coral Sea, but Midway has a nice variety.
No "minor" country left behind...
