Wadi rules?
There (seems) to be no mention of a wadi in the rules. Does a wadi attack come from a lower elevation than the surrounding terrain? (It would seems so. Its logical, at any rate.)

Never mind, I found it in the TEC. (... and I was right, there WAS a "penalty"!)
