Finnish Leaders Clarification

I've loaded the current extensions for Arctic Front and there are 2 sections of Finn Leaders in the Random Counters Section. 

Is one R v B? One Arctic Front vs Arctic Front Deluxe? (I think deluxe had x2 of the same counter sheet if memory serves). 

There doesnt appear to be anything distinguishing one from the other right now.

No, not a civil war. You use the red ones until Finland switches sides, Sept. 19, 1944, then use the blue.

Yes, I am aware of that. 

I'm asking if that is the distinction between the two listings of leaders in the Random Counters section, as they appear to be identical.

The only difference is the side designation and the red /Axis leaders may be made into cavalry leaders.

Thanks for the reply, I seem to have missed it when you first posted. 

I guess it makes no real difference for me playing single player aside from which graveyard they will pile into.
