Bridge Crossing MP Cost?
I am playing Across the Bug from Fire in the Steppe and there is a printed bridge on the map over the major river. How many MPs does it cost to use? Is it considered clear or a road since its on a road?

If entering from a connected road hex or town hex, it is a road. Otherwise it is a river hex.
