Looking for a cover photo
Does anyone have a copy of Guadalcanal with the correct spelling on the cover and a decent digital camera?

I'd like to get a photo of the corrected cover to put up on the game page.

The photo doesn't have to be straight on/square (it probably can't be straight if you want to avoid strobe glare on the picture). If it's close I can manipulate it and square it up.

If you can help, please post it here or email it to me.

Thanks for your time . . .

Hi Robin,

I believe I have the correct spelling version and have a DSLR so I will try and take a shot tonight and post it to you.

Unfortunately, when I got home and looked, my copy was indeed the "Gualdalcanal" cover as well. Never noticed that before... Sad

Thanks for the effort.

I sometimes wonder if the "Guadalcanal" version actually exists. Guess if none of us has seen one, the version already on the games page is "correct."

Oddly, as I was watching this go on, and thinking about getting a picture of mine to share, mine is also the error cover. Hmmmm. And mine came direct from AP 2 years ago. Surely if they had a corrected version it would have been there by then.

The box photo on Avalanche's game page has it correct.

If you are any good with Photoshop or GIMP, I guess you could remove the "L" and do it that way?

RE: Looking for a cover photo
I own a copy of "Guadalcanal". I will take a few pictures later this week and send them to you.

What resolution should I should?
