Panzer Lehr leaders for Lehr / Heer troops?

In browsing my Panzer Lehr book, the scenarios mention that units are borrowed from other games but do not seem to give you the game in which to draw leaders for the Lehr troops?

Example: In scenario 13, it says to use Luftwaffe and US leaders from Elsenborn Ridge but does not mention Heer / Lehr troops. The game uses Battle of the Bulge, Elsenborn Ridge and Fall Of France to completely play the scenario. Which one provides the Heer/Lehr leaders?

Guys,

MP confirmed to me today that ALL Lehr troops are commanded by ER leaders (unless of course specified otherwise in an SSR)
