[Rules] Leader activated several times in a turn

Hi again!
Section 6.0 now.

6.2 states: " a leader may only be activated if it is not currently marked with a MOVED/FIRED marker.

So, does this mean that a Leader can be activated more times in a turn?

Ex 1: Leader x activates and assists demoralized units in his hex and adjacent hexes in recoverying. Nor the Leader nor the units are marked in anym way. May he be activated again later and activate the same units (assume succesfully recovered) to move or fire normally?

Ex 2: Leader x activates and activate all the units in his hex and adjacent hexes. All the units move BUT the leader. He stays in his hex and so he is not marked in any way. Later other units move in the Leader x hex and adjacent to him. May he be activated again to activate all the newly arrived units to move or fire normally?
