No, as mentioned, it was put out as: Intervention is a Golden Journal from 2017 for PG Modern and Sword of Israel, it depicts a hypothetical clash between Soviet Paratroopers and IDF forces around 1967.  It is two scenarios.  It is listed in the Game Library under the PG Modern Games.

Intervention the Korean War Project got turned into a smaller, now called Chosin Reservoir. Mike/AP thought my Korean War game covering everything from Counter-Attack forward was too large, as it covered the rest of the Korean War until the end. I admit, it had a ton of scenarios and I had to make a couple of supplements as well to cover all the other nationalities. I think it would have put a huge dent in AP's budget.
