Voting prior to reading leads to poor voting. An uneducated electorate will make poor choices. I -should- have said I play Shad's way and that's wrong - oops.

I too, played Shad's way when i started solo but was then instructed on the correct way in my first Skype game with Vince.

Page 7 of the 4th edition rules states quite clearly: "If the optional Fog of War rules are used, the roll is made at the end of the next activation *after* both players have completed at least three activations." I think this is more clear than the Optional Rules. Second method is correct.

That discussion was before 4th ed. Fourth ed finally clarified it clearly Smile

This comes very important if you are playing 4th Ed with Logistic shortfall ! During the two latest scenarios I've played, my opponent got two logistic shortfalls and one critical and I got just one, lucky as I am...
