Is there a way to play "Fall of Empires" online pbm and if so, would anyone be interested?

Not yet, but there will be someday. Infantry Attacks in PG Über is starting with To Hell With Spain, Chihuahua and the demo game. It will expand into 194 and Fall of Empires from there.

Thank you for your answer! A bit sad that it is not possible right now, but hopefully, already in the near future! Is there already a timeline when it might be available?

Not really. I am the only one working on extensions at this time. It's been a busy spring and summer, and I need to do upkeep of what is already available.
