1973 War - heavy armor usage, and ATG missiles.
The Prague Spring, with armed resistance and critical PACT fuel shortages.

I don't think there's much content for a Sino-Vietnamese module. That was a very short engagement without any interesting tactical or strategic innovations. Also, according to the respective sources, both sides won every battle so writing your victory conditions might be tricky... :-P

The victory conditions are easy.
"The People's Army is ever victorious. Any suggesting otherwise will be provided ample opportunity to have the results explained until they recognize the glorious victory that has been achieved."
Works for both sides.
Everybody is kind of all over the place on this poll. It's hard to tell what AP should do next with Modern? I guess whatever the next designer wants to do.
Andrew I did find quite a bit of information on the Chinese invasion of Veitnam. It's a nice three week or so battle. Has a lot of room for a few hypothetical scenarios at the end as well. The Soviet poured a lot of advisors and equipment into the Veitnese side during and after the conflict.
