Suggestions for keeping this folder useful...
- whenever possible, prefix your thread with the rule being discussed. Ex: [Rule 4.2 Transport Units and Leaders] Does this mean blah blah blah?
- link back to our Annotated Rules for reference
- realize that no one will ever 100% agree on the interpretation of anything
