The US infantry took care of the German Grenadiers but the US armor, even with the M4s having an armor rating of "4" were no match from the multiple companies of Tigers and Panthers, let alone the PG overrated PzIVHs. The US did their best to setup the crossfire bonus, but the open terrain favored the Germans.
